What’s the immune system?
I think many times I don’t consider that I’m assuming that you understand the foundation to the topic. So for those people who feel like this is Kindergarten, I apologize, but for the rest of you, here I go:
I think of the immune system as a large burley 400-lb Roman Centurion that stands as a guard to protect all of our internal body systems. I find it particularly interesting that we are exposed daily to the information of the re-iteration of Covid and mask mandates, as if breathing in is our only line of defense. The irony is that masks don’t work and there are now over 100 scientific papers to prove it, and not because of bad intentions but the viral particles are so small, the masks make no difference. So then we are told to be vaccinated and then re-vaccinated and re-vaccinated again for the Covid. Just within the short period of three years, we’ve seen so many bizarre and outlandish results of the Covid Jab. I could go into detail and tell you stories, but that is not my point.
So if you are still with me, and you don’t have any rocks in your hand, let me talk about the immune system.
It is our first line of defense for everything that has to do with all our body’s system. It deals with what’s inside, not what’s in our environment (to breath). A healthy immune system keeps us free from colds, flu, cancer, infectious diseases. So when we have symptoms that express themselves as the beginning of dysfunction or disease, then our immune system has taken a hit and is not as effective as it is designed to be. The most valuable thing is that it is within our control depending on how well we take care of our general health.
So let me tell you some common everyday, simple ways to boost a healthy immune system.
This all might sound really good, but you may be asking,
“How do I know where I’m at? And what can I do now to achieve maximum immunity protection?”
Our immune system is challenged during the Winter season and requires that we do a few things differently than other times of the year. I would love to provide a personal evaluation of your specific immune system to see how we can maximize its ability to stay healthy.
