We are in the flu season and are susceptible especially during the holidays, just by being around more people and being indoors more often. If we can stop the chain of events at the beginning, we can interrupt the symptoms that are disruptive.
I’ve had clients that have been coughing for three weeks to three months. Once they started nebulizing, their symptoms disappeared or became more manageable.
Back at the start of the pandemic, I became acquainted with Dr. David Brownstein and his protocol for nebulizing for help with coughs, fever, lung congestion and infection. I have found nebulizing to be an excellent support so I frequently share the DIY Recipe
with my clients.
I agree with Dr. Brownstein* when he said in March 2020, “Folks, I think nebulizing hydrogen peroxide and iodine should be done on every COVID patient. It should be done on every pneumonia patient. It should be done on every influenza-suffering
patient. It should be done on every patient suffering from lung problems.”
I often have my clients alternate nebulizing between H202, iodine and Smart Silver. I would not recommend nebulizing more than 3 times per day. Iodine can cause some dryness of the throat. Hydrogen Peroxide usually causes no adverse effects and can be
nebulized for 5 to 30 minutes at one time.
This therapy is inexpensive and very effective.
For those of you who don’t want to mess with the DIY recipe, these products are available from my office. I have personally found this to be very effective as an aggressive means to create lasting results and can be used as a preventative.
Along with nebulizing, at the first sign of a cold or flu, I often recommend using Immune Charge+ or Immune Charge+ Shots by QuicksSilver, which can be purchased through Fullscript. Follow the Intensive Use instructions on the box or bottle.
If nebulizing interests you I would be happy to provide you with a FREE 15 minute conversation about the protocol.
